This is a picture of a lioness in the new lion exhibit. You can really see their magnificent size when only inches of glass separate you from the lion. This lioness was pacing back and forth, as if to parade herself for all onlookers to see. Gavin and Layla would get up real close with their little faces pressed up against the glass. When the lioness would come their way, they would squeal with excitement and a little bit of terror too.
